Our Vision for the Health Care Infrastructure for North Halton

Laying the Foundation for Community Care

With the support of the community the Townsend Smith Foundation (TSF) has been able to acquire centrally located property in North Halton and to engage experienced architects to support the design and schematic development phases of this important health care infrastructure project for the community. The volunteer Board of Directors have approved continuing the processes over the next several months. However, the Board of Directors is mindful that construction, which we hope will commence in 2025, cannot begin without further fundraising for the anticipated $25MM cost. Once the necessary community support is raised the year and half construction phase can begin.

It goes without saying that your support and donations make a huge impact and difference. There are many naming opportunities available to recognize leadership gifts that could be pledged over 3 to 5 years. There are also gifts in kind opportunities. As you might imagine, a project like this has a great many needs. Everything from concrete or painting, and like other donations are greatly appreciated. And for those that might be interested in structuring their philanthropic support, Townsend Smith Foundation (TSF) has the expertise to work with your advisors for those that might be interested in a gift of securities, insurance or a bequest.

All gifts are very much appreciated and qualify for a charitable tax receipt, but the TSF also appreciates those that organize events and other fundraisers or who are interested in legacy donations through estate planning.
